The new assistant vice chancellor for inclusion role was created after extensive discussions and consultations with key UNO and UNMC faculty, students, staff, as well as community stakeholders and leaders of other prominent universities across the nation. The position will report directly to the chief academic officers at each campus: UNMC Senior Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs H. Dele Davies, M.D., and UNO Senior Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs Sacha Kopp, Ph.D.

During the forums, candidates will take part in a question-and-answer session. Questions may be asked in person and submitted via email.

Following each visit, the campus community is also invited to provide feedback on the candidates. Live links will be provided in future UNMC Today stories. Candidates also will have meetings with invited stakeholders during their scheduled visits.
