- All individuals who have not completed their influenza documentation in the health tracking website have or will start receiving weekly email reminders. Here is information on how to access the health tracking website from off-site.
- Direct supervisor/managers will receive a weekly emailed report for their direct reports (based on SAP or Lawson for hospital employees)

- Nov. 7 in lower Storz Pavilion, rooms 6-8, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.;
- Nov. 8 in lower Storz Pavilion, rooms 6-8, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.;
- Nov. 14 in lower Storz Pavilion, rooms 6-8, 10 a.m. to noon and 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.;
- Nov. 19 in lower Storz Pavilion, rooms 6-8, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.; and
- Nov. 21 in lower Storz Pavilion, rooms 6-8, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
