Need help enrolling, installing Duo?

If you haven’t enrolled into Duo and the Intelligent Hub, or need assistance, IT has extended its “Tech Tent” help sessions through the end of October.

“There are thousands of colleagues that are actively using the hub and Duo for easier and more secure access to their work apps,” said Brian Lancaster, vice president of information technology. “However, for those who haven’t enrolled yet, we want to ensure there is no disruption to their access and that everyone has time to get Duo and the hub installed.”

When will the Hub and Duo become the sole way for us to access systems?

    Hello Tom,

The transition to Duo/Hub has been seen as a success both from the thousands of users that have adopted both and from their positive experiences about how much easier it is to access resources remotely or from a personal device. To make sure there is no impact to students, faculty and staff, we wanted to provide a little extra time as well as review current state with UNMC administration at the Information Management Governance meeting on October 9th. It is believed that soon after that session that these methods will be required to access systems when remote or using a personal device.

    Hope this helps,
