Munroe-Meyer Institute Stand-Out Award nominees must be MMI employees from the managerial/professional or office/service lines only.
A nomination should incorporate evidence of sustained excellence in the workplace into a brief narrative (no more than three-to-five sentences in length).

- Up to five MMI Stand-Outs can be named each month.
- MMI Quality Council members will select the top five nominees each month. Nominations will roll over one time.
- Winners will select a S’well water bottle or insulated lunch bag as their appreciation gift and be invited to have lunch with MMI Director Karoly Mirnics, M.D., Ph.D., on the third Thursday of the month following each announcement.
