UNMC faculty and staff are invited to attend the University of Nebraska-Lincoln 2019 Fall Pre-Retirement Seminar on Oct. 1 at the Regency Suite in the UNL City Campus Union in Lincoln.
This program is for faculty and staff, age 50 and older. Attendees may bring a guest. The seminar has been designed to provide assistance as university employees plan for retirement.
The program will be hosted once in the morning and again in the afternoon. When registering, attendees will select either the morning session or the afternoon session. Fidelity will present in the fall, and TIAA will present in the spring.
Space is limited to the first 125 participants for each session. UNMC employees should register by going to training.unl.edu.
- At the top right corner, Login using your TrueYou account (this is the same login you use for ESS on Firefly). If you do not know this information, or your password needs to be reset, contact the Huskertech Help Center at 402-472-3970.
- The Pre-Retirement Seminar is under the UNL > Human Resources category.
- Click on the “Add to Cart” button for either the morning or afternoon Fall Pre-Retirement session.
- Select one option “I’ll be attending alone” or “I’ll be bringing a guest.”
- Click on the green “Add to Cart” button.
If bringing a guest, a box will appear: Click on “Add New Guest Member,” enter the first name, last name and email (this can be your email address) then click on “Add Course With Members to Cart.” - Click on the green “Checkout” tab. This will take you to “Review your Current Order.” Review and then click on “Proceed to Next Step.”
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your registration has been processed. No handouts are attached; they will be provided at the seminar.
The registration deadline is Sept. 25.
The afternoon session will be livestreamed.
