What challenges do you foresee in graduate medical education in the future:
Teaching value-based care to trainees while balancing adequate time for clinical training will be a challenge. A complete transition to pay-for-performance for physicians and hospitals will help.

The love and respect of my patients and their families that I have earned over the years.

I am a backyard bird watcher.
