MsEllaInspires will motivate the crowd speaking on “Visualize the Inner You” and “Power In Your Purpose.” She knows first-hand how to overcome adversity and how to stay inspired to follow your dreams. She continues to grow and become even better at reaching others in need and developing them to be their best
Attendees have the opportunity to choose which informational session they would like to attend.
Kathleen Kallstrom-Schreckengost, Psy.D., will present “The Golden Rule in Reverse: How to Take Care of Yourself as Well as You Do Others.” This presentation will include information about burnout and other issues that impact those in helping professions. Bravium’s Annamarie Mann will instruct attendees on how to “Step into Your Strength.” Mann is a senior workplace and human development consultant who has dedicated her career to educating, leading, advising, and partnering with others to maximize human potential and performance.
This year, there is a new registration system. Human Resources has worked closely with the Office of Community Engagement to fully utilize UNMC | SYNC, which has been upgraded to Engage. In addition to registering for this event, HR also has created a community for all UNMC administrative professionals and any other groups as it continues to innovate, create and host events.
Each session concludes with a demonstration using the People Are Everything System (PAE). PAE is UNMC’s employee reward and recognition system. Everyone must remember to bring their UNMC ID badge. Points cannot be awarded without your badge.
