Running

Watching sports when I can

Going to my kids’ soccer, basketball, and ballet lessons

Staying Balanced:

Spending time with the family

Learning new things such as woodwork, crochet, sewing, fixing whatever breaks around the house, and gardening

Reading good books

Three things people may not know about me:

I did research in college regarding cigarette smoke exposure in mice and factors leading to lung changes seen in COPD – I killed A LOT of mice.

I ran two half marathons in the last 6 months.

I built a chicken coop over spring break.
