UNMC’s annual membership drive for the Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium is under way and will run through April 1. The membership prices listed on the website and on the campus flyer are the discounted prices offered by the zoo and are available only until April 1. Prices will increase after April 1.
To purchase or renew a membership with credit card, UNMC employees must go to the zoo website and enter seller number — 18539, 18525 or 18546.

I am curious as to why we do this yearly when the discount really isn't a discount. It's the standard rate for purchasing or renewing before April? why waste money on the on the mailing etc. when we are supposed to be cutting cost?
yes I also wonder why we have a seller code yet it does not give any type of discount. it keeps the rate the same as is before April 1st. if that is the discount than you might as well tell people to just wait until after 1st to order so it feels like you get a discount….
