It’s a three-year program that I have been at for 2.5 years.

What do you like the most about your training program:

Relationships with my co-residents and our patients’ families.

What challenges do you foresee in graduate medical education in the future:

Having enough time/experiences within restrictions to not only learn the biomedical aspects, but also incorporate the social, research, and business aspects of medicine.

List some accomplishments that you are proud of:

Implementation of a NICU maternal depression screening program and presentation on its results at the Pediatric Academic Society meeting.

Breastfeeding in Nicaragua study presentation at the International Breastfeeding and the Maternal and Infant Nutrition and Nurture Unit (MAINN) conference.

Tell us three things about you that others may not know:

I enjoy playing soccer.

I have a twin sister.

My favorite place to travel to is Costa Rica.
