The Nebraska Science Festival is looking for dynamic and dedicated UNMC experts to share their excitement about science with students at the public expos during the 2018 festival.
The sixth annual event will be held April 19-28, 2018, across the state. UNMC experts available that week would staff a booth at one of the event’s expos. For the first time, the Nebraska Science Festival will include a student expo in Lincoln at the University of Nebraska State Museum at Morrill Hall. Returning sites include the Strategic Air Command & Aerospace Museum in Ashland, Neb., and The Durham Museum in Omaha.
To be considered for the Science Expos and included in printed materials, applications should be submitted online at nescifest.com by Feb. 1. Community sites that want to host an event also should submit an application online here. Applications are subject to approval by the festival advisory committee.
