Genetic counseling education program approved
UNMC’s genetic counseling education program, a joint program between the College of Allied Health Professions and Munroe-Meyer Institute in conjunction with several community clinical partners, recently received unanimous approval from the Nebraska Coordinating Commission for Postsecondary Education (CCPE). The University of Nebraska Board of Regents had previously approved the proposal at its August meeting. The Oct. 12 approval by the CCPE represented the final step in the approval process.
