As part of ongoing efforts to improve Facilities Management and Planning services and the condition of the medical center’s facilities, the department is soliciting colleague feedback regarding general satisfaction with the department’s services, work-order process and performance.
The goal, said Associate Vice Chancellor for Facilities Management & Planning Ken Hansen, is to provide high-quality working space and to deliver timely, high quality and cost-effective services in order to support colleagues in their work.
The answers to these questions will be invaluable to help the department improve its response to colleague needs. This survey should take about 10 minutes to complete, yet the answers can make a world of difference as Facilities Management & Planning looks to improve.
