Accountability is one of UNMC’s brand values. Tell us of a time you witnessed a person take ownership and be resilient, transparent and honest.
For me, accountability is doing the right thing even when no one is looking. I have seen folks here step up to the plate and do the right things by our faculty, staff, students and community partners, even if no one is looking to give them credit.
