A reception will be held on Monday, Jan. 30 to celebrate the Nancy Armitage Pancreas Cancer Clinical Research Professorship. The event will be held from 5:30-7 p.m. in the Truhlsen Events Center in the Sorrell Center on the UNMC campus.
The UNMC community is invited to attend the event. Speakers will include:
- UNMC Chancellor Jeffrey P. Gold, M.D.
- UNMC College of Medicine Dean Brad Britigan, M.D.
- Julie Vose, M.D., Neumann M. and Mildred E. Harris Professorial Chair and chief of the oncology/hematology division in the UNMC Department of Internal Medicine
- James Armitage, M.D., Joe Shapiro Professor of Medicine.
