An open forum for faculty, students and staff, featuring University of Nebraska President Hank Bounds, Ph.D., speaking on the budgetary challenges facing the state and the University of Nebraska, will be held at UNMC on Jan. 30.
The event will begin at 8 a.m. in the Durham Research Center Auditorium.
In a letter to the entire university system on Jan. 12, Dr. Bounds said that the state’s fiscal uncertainties would impact the university to some degree.
Dr. Bounds will be joined at the forum by UNMC Chancellor Jeffrey P. Gold, M.D.
The event will be available via video conference. Locations include:
