The UNMC community is invited to a retirement tea for Leni Rauschenberg from 12:30-2:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 5., in the Durham Outpatient Center, fourth floor classroom in the Olson Center.
She is retiring after 45 years at UNMC, including the past 17 at the Olson Women’s Health Resource Center.
“Leni has been in the resource center for 17 of its 22 years and has played a major role in what it has become today,” said Lana Molczyk, manager of the Olson Women’s Resource Center. “With her maintenance of the hundreds of educational brochures provided within the Olson Center, our providers are able to educate our patients on the many detailed issues related to women’s health — and that is only a small portion of how she helps us. Her attention to detail, and her kind demeanor, will be sorely missed.”
Leni, congratulations on 45 years of dedication to UNMC and the Olson Women's Resource Center! Walking into the Resource Center won't be the same without you…however, it's a retirement well deserved and a long time coming! God Bless!
Leni! You have been a complete pleasure to work with over the years and I will definitely miss talking to you … Thank you for being a tremendous advocate to ensure UNMC patients receive the most up to date printed material. Congratulations on your retirement!
