Erik, programmer analyst in ITS application services, has been named the ITS Silver U recipient for December 2016.

"About a year ago, we started to work on the online staff evaluation system.
Erik has done a superb job in listening to all the updates we want for year two. He is open minded and works diligently on all requests for changes/updates. Erik is engaged in this project and provides alternatives and solutions when needed. His enthusiasm, work ethics, teamwork and customer service result in a great system that is delivering what we need and more.
Erik has a can do winning attitude and practices accountability at work by asking, "What can I do to resolve this technical problem". He succeeds every time in resolving the technical issue. Excellence and accountability are displayed in everything he does. In addition, his positive attitude is contagious.
It has been a pleasure to work with Erik and I strongly believe he should receive the Silver "U" recognition for going beyond expectations."
