Members of the UNMC and Nebraska Medicine community are invited to attend the formal building dedication and ribbon-cutting event for the Lauritzen Outpatient Center & Fritch Surgery Center on Dec. 17.
The 10 a.m. event will be followed by guided tours of the state-of-the-art facility, which has enabled Nebraska Medicine/UNMC to transition telemedicine and a large portion of outpatient services, including surgery, as well as orthopaedics research and faculty.
Self-parking is available in Lot 36, which is located southwest of the building.
The hour-long program will be followed by guided tours lasting approximately 30 minutes.
Later that day, the public is invited to attend an open house from 1 to 4 p.m. with guided tours scheduled for 2 p.m.
The facility has been fully operational since Nov. 30.
