Tell us about what you do here at UNMC.
I provide support to the UNMC Department of Epidemiology faculty and students. I perform a variety of administrative functions, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, posting grades, taken dictation and generating reports just to name a few duties.

Teamwork is one of UNMC’s brand values. Tell us of a time you witnessed employees practicing teamwork.
I see teamwork every day at the College of Public Health. We have employees and students from all over the world. This past May, the College of Public Health held a retreat for the entire college. Everybody came together, was respectful of others’ suggestions and opinions, and the retreat was a success.

What is your favorite fall activity?
I like to do ceramics and spend time with my grandkids.

List three things people may not know about you.

• Working on my second degree — it will be in behavioral science.
• I’m a licensed cosmetologist.
• I enjoy jazz music.
