How I fell in love with medicine:
I have focused during my training on understanding the wide variety of heart diseases (heart attacks, valvular heart diseases, heart failure), gained the skills in tackling lipid & cholesterol problems, and enriching my expertise in the field of multi-modality cardiovascular imaging in order to get a non-invasive accurate diagnosis of the different cardiac conditions. Using these skills, I concentrate my efforts on preventing the disease, stopping its progression, dealing with the consequence of cardiac crisis and preventing recurrence.
Degrees:
- Medical School: University of Damascus

Two things people may not know about me:

- I won the most popular student award during medical school . . . whatever that means.
