Jim did a very good job with a good humor. He was a very great person and co-worker.

Jim was a good and decent man who took his work seriously. He believed in
UNMC!
This is so heart breaking. I knew Jim for nearly 30 plus years here. He was such a caring person.
I've known Jimmy since 1977. He was one of the first people I met when I started working at UNMC and our friendship continued after I left UNMC in 2002. He always had a kind word, a smile on his face, and could always lift your spirits up when you were having a bad day/week. My son Chris Overton worked with Jimmy in Security and I knew Jimmy and he would be become fast friends. We were fortunate to have Jimmy in our lives. R.I.P. my friend!
Jim was so kind. Very sorry to hear of his passing. Cindy Skarda
