The University of Nebraska Medical Center will hold ceremonies beginning next week to signify the beginning of health careers for students in Omaha, Lincoln, Kearney, Scottsbluff and Norfolk. The students are enrolled in programs for medicine, nursing, pharmacy, dentistry, allied health and graduate studies.
Some of the ceremonies are paid for in part by donations from UNMC alumni, faculty and friends. Receptions follow the ceremonies.
