The Race, Inclusion, Diversity and Equity (RIDE) Initiative will hold a “pit stop” session from 5-7 p.m. Thursday in the Eppley Science Hall to discuss RIDE recommendations.
In April, more than 150 UNMC faculty, staff, students, administrators and community partners convened to explore novel and innovative ideas to become the ideal UNMC campus — a campus that is diverse, inclusive and welcoming with equitable opportunities for all to thrive and succeed.
Before issuing a report, RIDE will hold Thursday’s “pit stop” session to provide a last opportunity for the campus community to share recommendations and ensure the accuracy of the ideas and recommendations to be presented in the report.
