Last month, our new organizational values were announced. The values were identified by a team of UNMC and Nebraska Medicine employees and are shared between the two organizations.

The six values — Innovation, Teamwork, Excellence, Accountability, Courage and Healing (ITEACH for short) — reflect who we are and why we’re here. Along with our shared mission statement, they will shape our culture and future.
