Name change at the College of Allied Health Professions
The College of Allied Health Professions division and degree formerly known as Clinical Laboratory Science is now Medical Laboratory Science. CAHP Dean Kyle Meyer, Ph.D., noted that the new name more accurately reflects the role of these health care professionals, and represents the contemporary nomenclature used by the accrediting body, as well as other universities hosting this program of study.
