Roni Reiter-Palmon, Ph.D.
Roni Reiter-Palmon, Ph.D., the Varner Professor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology and the director of the Center for Collaboration Science at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, will speak at the next Transferable Skills Workshop, to be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Sorrell Center, Room 1005.

Dr. Reiter-Palmon will speak on “Effective Communication: Confronting and Expressing Opinions Without Offending,” the final presentation in a three-part series on critical and creative thinking.

The presentation is open to all UNMC graduate students and postdoctoral fellows, and there will be free pizza and soft drinks for the first 50 attendees.

Transferable skills workshops, presented by Graduate Studies, are held monthly during the fall and spring semesters.
