What sparked your interest in nursing?
The nursing profession has been a calling for me since I was young. As a child growing up, I found that helping others has always been a rewarding experience. The ability to care for a person and see them heal is a fascinating process. Nursing allows me to help ease patients and families through stages of healing and recovery. Furthermore, the field of nursing allows for a plethora of opportunities across many environments. This career permits all types of individuals to find their niche and thrive. In addition, the versatility of the profession draws me to it, as it requires a constant pursuit of education and awareness of people and procedures that can affect people for the rest of their lives.
