Julie Luzarraga of Omaha Integrative Care will speak on “Tools for the Road: How to Stay on the Path When Life Makes Us Stumble and Fall” at the next Olson Center Brown Bag lunch at noon Jan. 19 in the Eppley Science Hall.
To stay the course of life is to be present and to continue learning during the uncomfortable periods. We know where we want to go, but being present with where we are is sometimes uncomfortable, resulting in undesired stress and anxiety. When we resist knowing where we are in the moment, we can’t navigate the direction to where we want to be going.
Seating is limited; please pre-register by calling the Olson Center at 559-6345. Bring your lunch. Simple refreshments will be provided.
The lecture is free. Nursing credit will not be available for this lecture.
