Since September, colleagues from UNMC and Nebraska Medicine have met three times, with the goal of establishing our joint organizational values.
The team of 150 colleagues — 75 from each organization — will continue work through March 2016 to identify the characteristics that all colleagues should possess in order to achieve our collective goals.
To enable them to do this, all employees and students are requested to provide feedback to the organizational values team. Please use this link to take the brief, seven-question survey, which will remain open until 8 a.m. on Dec. 8.
The results of this survey will be presented to the team in December.
