Ellen Bennett
Do you have a family member who is aging, has a disability or chronic health condition? Are you feeling overwhelmed or stressed? You may be a caregiver who needs a break.

Bring your lunch and hear information about respite care services provided in the state of Nebraska. Ellen Bennett, Respite Resource Center coordinator for Partnerships in Caregiving, will present information on how to find respite providers, the Respite Subsidy Program and how to become a paid respite provider.

Bennett has worked to coordinate caregivers and respite providers and find financial assistance for families for years. Partnership in Caregiving (formerly Partnerships in Aging) provides respite resources in Douglas and Sarpy counties through a contract with the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services.

Please join us Nov. 2 from noon to 12:30 p.m. in the Sorrell Center, Room 2010.

Cookies and bottled water provided. Employees are invited to bring their own lunches.
