How I fell in love with health sciences librarianship:
I am passionate about health professionals and patients using evidence-based health information to support decision making and healthy lifestyle choices. I love that every day I can help make a difference in someone’s life.

- B.A. Biblical Studies, Washington Bible College
- M.S. Library and Information Science, The Catholic University of America

Three things people may not know about me:
- I used to write and perform poetry and came very close to pursuing a MFA in creative writing instead of a library science degree.
- I am a figure skater and have skated competitively as an adult with a synchronized skating team.
- I am the oldest of 12 children.
