Research interests:
Thyroid cancer epidemiology, head and neck cancer outcome (survival and quality of life, analysis of predictive and prognostic factors associated with outcome), smoking cessation.
Professional interests:
Benign and malignant lesions of the thyroid gland, benign tumors of the parotid gland, endoscopic sinus surgery, septoplasty, benign and malignant skin lesions excision and facial reconstruction.
How I fell in love with otolaryngology:
An exciting branch of surgery with a variety of subspecialties. A great mix of medicine and surgery.
