Windows 10 Operating System

On Tuesday, July 28, Microsoft released the first full release of Windows 10, the company’s biggest operating system change in PC software in nearly three years.

ITS will not be deploying nor supporting this operating system upgrade for UNMC managed computers until it has been thoroughly tested with campus applications.

If you have a personal device with Windows 7 (or 8.x) Professional or Home you might get prompted to upgrade. If you are using this device to access any campus system, please do not upgrade to Windows 10.
