Fitness Fridays to return this week

Fitness Friday returns this week on Friday, June 19. The monthly event this year will kick off with a walk or run on the Field Club Trail, beginning at noon and meeting at the ice rink in the Ruth & Bill Scott Student Plaza.

The Field Club Trail is approximately 1.8 miles long and begins just south of Leavenworth Street. The group will leave the ice rink at noon.

Other Fitness Friday events include:

  • Noon, July 17 – Walk/run on the Field Club Trail. A stretch, hosted by Peter Pellerito, will follow the event at 12:30 p.m. on the Ruth & Bill Scott Student Plaza area.
  • Noon, August 21 – Yoga with Todd Gulizia on the student plaza.
