Congratulations to Jim Morgia for being the April ITS Silver U Recipient!
Jim exhibits UNMC brand values of leadership and commitment to excellence on a daily basis. As one of the voices of the ITS helpdesk, he arrives early and stays late when needed to provide additional phone support, complete last minute projects, generate reports, and compile Helpdesk and workstation support statistics. Jim leads by example and his efforts are deserving of Silver U recognition.
