Below is a list of some of the IRS-approved status changes that may affect your insurance. If you wish to make changes to any of your coverages, please contact the benefits office at 402-559-4340.
- Marriage/Divorce.
- New baby.
- Loss of coverage under a spouse.
- Dependent gain or loss of other coverage.
- Open enrollment under a dependent’s company.
- Death of a dependent.
- Medicare/Medicaid change of eligibility.
