As cloud storage solutions become more available, it is important to know which solutions are right for your UNMC files; and when cloud storage cannot be used at all.
For protection of UNMC data, Microsoft Office 365 is the only approved cloud storage solution. Microsoft has signed a business associate agreement which means the data is stored within the United States and therefore is UNMC's only endorsed cloud solution. Amazon, Adobe, Google, Dropbox, etc. are not approved solutions for any UNMC data. Read more about Office 365 and Office 365 ProPlus.
