NU presidential candidates visit UNMC today

Michael Martin, Ph.D., and Hank Bounds, Ph.D., are two of four finalists for University of Nebraska president.

Both will visit the UNMC campus today. All students, faculty and staff are invited to the public forums which will be at:

• 10:30 a.m., Sorrell Center, Room 1005 with Dr. Martin, chancellor of the Colorado State University System. Read Dr. Martin’s CV here.
  
• 2:30 p.m., Sorrell Center, Room 1005 with Dr. Bounds, commissioner of higher education for the Mississippi Institutions of Higher Learning. Read Dr. Bounds’ CV here.
  

Each candidate’s visit will include stops and public forums at each University of Nebraska campus. Following the visit, the Board of Regents invites Nebraskans to submit their feedback via an online form that will be available here.
