Retirement reception set for Marie Reidelbach

Marie Reidelbach

After more than 25 years, Marie Reidelbach, associate director for user services at the McGoogan Library of Medicine, will retire from UNMC on Dec. 12.

The McGoogan Library will host a reception for Reidelbach on Thursday, Dec. 4 from 2 to 4 p.m. on the library’s eighth floor.

Since 1998, Reidelbach has directed all user service departments, including reference, interlibrary loan, circulation, education and graphics. As a senior member of the McGoogan Library faculty, she has been actively involved in planning, evaluating information resources and promoting library resources to constituents both on and off campus. She also has served as the library’s interim director.
