The fall Learn@Lunch series continues Tuesday, Nov. 18. The theme for the fall series is “Do Something Different for a Change: Employee Engagement, Resiliency and Trust in the Workplace.”
Peggy Noll, executive vice president of Noll Human Resources, will speak at 11:30 a.m. at the Durham Research Center Auditorium. She will discuss “A Fearless Workplace,” creating an organizational culture based on trust by changing macro and micro behaviors that create a culture of fear to behaviors that create a culture of trust.
Registration for the session is required. A boxed lunch will be provided to the first 150 participants who attend the session. To register, log on to UNMC Employee Services, click on Education tab, then on Event Registration.
