What sparked your interest in dentistry?
In high school, I decided it would be a good idea to start forming an idea of what I wanted to do in the future. After much consideration, I took the time to shadow a dentist near my school who gave me more than a few opportunities to see a variety of procedures and interactions with patients. I loved the aspect of being able to form relationships with patients and their families and always thought I would enjoy that. During my undergraduate studies, I took the time to shadow more dentists as well as a few other medical specialties, but I always felt pulled towards dentistry.
