Nov. 4 – Joslyn Art Museum will host an Art Talk & Brown Bag Lunch event featuring its latest exhibit – “In Living Color: Andy Warhol and Contemporary Printmaking,” from the collections of Jordan D. Schnitzer and his family foundation – at noon in the Sorrell Center, Room 2010.

Nov. 7 – 10th anniversary of the Center for Drug Delivery and Nanomedicine (CDDN) will be observed with a full day workshop.

Nov. 14 – Groundbreaking event for Ambulatory Care Facility, 11 a.m.

Nov. 15 – UNMC Orthopaedic Surgery and Rehabilitation will host The Perry Initiative from 9 to 3:30 a.m. as a way to attract young women interested in pursuing careers in orthopaedic surgery and engineering. 

Nov. 18 – Rudy Lackner, M.D., professor in the UNMC Department of Surgery, will outline the guidelines for lung cancer screening and provide recommendations for managing pulmonary nodules, at the Olson Center Brown Bag lunch to be held at noon in the Eppley Science Hall Amphitheater.

March 21, 2015 – Ambassador of Hope Gala at the CenturyLink Center. Amy Robach, “Good Morning America” news anchor, will receive the Ambassador of Hope Award

April 10-18, 2015 – Nebraska Science Festival.
