New leadership positions announced in neurosciences, primary care
As you know, we are in the process of designing integrated clinical programs and services in our continued effort to deliver extraordinary care to our patients and best position the clinical enterprise for the future of health care.
Each program is being designed to be to be patient-centric, comprehensive of our missions and standardized across programs. The goal of this work is to provide more integrated care for our patients across departments, academic and private physicians and the entire continuum of care. These offerings will allow us to continue to competitively position the clinical enterprise in the market, provide the best experience and outcomes for our patients and maximize our opportunities for sustaining growth and excellence.
The development process for the integrated clinical programs and services is being launched in a number of waves. We recently announced and began the design process for the first three programs. In the next month we will be launching the next wave of program design. This will include Primary Care (General Internal Medicine and Family Medicine) and Neurosciences (Neurology, Neurosurgery, Pain Management and Mental Health).
We are also excited to announce the leaders who will be responsible for developing the strategic plan for their respective clinical program and ensuring the program's ongoing success:

In addition to his role as leader of the neurosciences clinical program, Matt Pospisil will retain accountability for the inpatient, diagnostic and ambulatory areas associated with orthopedics and rehabilitation.
