There’s no need to brave mud and dirt to monitor construction of the Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center.

Thanks to the webcam that was installed at the beginning of the project, the UNMC community can watch the latest in project progress.

Perched atop Clarkson Doctors Building South and controlled via cellular technology, the camera takes pictures of the project site every hour from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and panoramic views of the campus every day at noon.

Access the interactive webcam at the Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center website or click here to view recent images and time lapse sequences.

The Swanson Hall 2 sequence is fascinating, and would be even more valuable if you could slow down the frame rate by about half, or maybe more. It is currently too fast more my tiny brain to keep up.
