ITS is offering a series of trainings in February, beginning tomorrow with a two-hour class on Microsoft Access.
Registration is required for all classes except for drop in help sessions. All sessions will be in the ITS training room, 8011 Wittson Hall
Tuesday, participants will learn how to create data entry forms in Microsoft Access from 1 to 3 p.m. Basic knowledge of Access tables and queries is required.
On Wednesday, from 2 to 4 p.m., participants can learn basic features of Publisher 2010 to create flyers, newsletters and brochures.
Other ITS sessions offered in February include:
- PowerPoint SmartArt and Diagrams on Wednesday, Feb. 12, from 2 to 3 p.m. (Some knowledge of PowerPoint is recommended.)
- OneNote Basics to keep track of a variety of projects on Thursday, Feb. 13, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. (No prerequisite.)
- Microsoft Access Reports on Tuesday, Feb. 18, from 1 to 3 p.m. (Microsoft Access experience with tables and queries is required.)
- Word Forms on Thursday, Feb. 20, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. (Basic knowledge of Word required.)
- Drop-in help sessions on Thursday, Feb. 13, and Thursday, Feb. 20, from 1 to 2 p.m. (No registration required.)
