Learn how to choose which of these scenarios becomes the reality at the next Brown Bag lecture on Dec. 17 from noon to l p.m. in the UNMC Eppley Science Hall Amphitheater.
Susan Smith, counselor with the UNMC Faculty/Employee Assistance Program, will explain the difference between good and bad stress in one’s life, as well as tools to minimize the stress that often accompanies the holidays.

The Olson Center’s brown bag lectures are free. However, the cost is $10 to obtain nursing credit, with payment instructions available upon registration. This activity is provided for one contact hour under American Nurses Credentialing Center criteria.
