Don’t forget — the period during which employees can make changes, if desired, to their NUFlex benefits for 2014 will end on Dec. 6.
No changes can be made after the deadline.

This year’s NUFlex enrollment will be offered online through the Firefly Employee Self Service program.
The enrollment process is designed to be relatively easy, with simplified online enrollment. If no changes are made online, employees will keep their current benefits and will not be enrolled in the Flexible Spending Accounts in 2014.
The life insurance tobacco/nicotine designation must also be completed annually since the Voluntary Life Insurance premium (if enrolled) is based, in part, on tobacco/nicotine use. If the tobacco/nicotine designation is not completed, it will default to tobacco/nicotine use — which will result in higher premiums for the voluntary life insurance coverages.
