The modern woman is challenged with juggling career, family and many other obligations.
At the next Olson Center for Women’s Health brown bag lecture, you’ll learn how we can tap into the wonderful female spirit without feeling like we have to be in “Superwoman mode.”
The lecture will be Tuesday, Nov. 19, from noon to 1 p.m. in the UNMC Eppley Science Hall Amphitheater.
Sondra Dubas, author and speaker, will show us how to prioritize our time and concentrate of what is truly important to us, especially this time of year. Seating is limited; please pre-register by calling the Olson Center at 402-559-6345. Bring your lunch. Simple refreshments will be provided.
The lectures are free. However if you would like to obtain nursing credit, the cost is $10. Payment instructions will be given when you pre-register.
