UNMC now has an interactive map that provides all the information needed to navigate campus.
Users can find a specific building, search for the nearest faculty parking lot or investigate other locations. Handy drop down menus on the left side let users select the specific building or lot needed.
The map has search features that allow the user to display certain search criteria, such as student parking lots or only buildings. When a location is selected, a pop-up displays with information about the selected location as well as a “Directions” link.
Finally, the share feature provides a URL to link to an exact place on campus. Users can zoom in to a specific spot or select a location on the map and the URL will change accordingly.
